missingWrote a review on Dec 25excellent diningfrustrating check-incramped room
The hotel is located near excellent dining options.
My experience with the self-check-in process was incredibly frustrating. I stood outside in the cold for over 40 minutes, trying to figure out how to access the hotel. When I requested help, it felt impossible to reach anyone, adding to my distress. The room itself was not as advertised, feeling cramped and lacking the warmth I expected during my stay in freezing weather.

Lobby check-in was automated and confusing.

missingWrote a review on Nov 13broken showerpoor service
i was utterly disapointed with my stay. the shower handle was inexplicably broken, making it impossible to enjoy a proper shower, and there was a big spider in my room. considering the circumstances, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been the least they could do, but alas, no special treatment was given. will not return, almost considered a good review but just couldn't!

Oh, the culinary scene around here is a treasure trove! Just a hop away at Prinzinger, I scored delightful bites, while El Pepe's tapas had me dreaming of Spain. I also loved the super quiet room despite the busy neighborhood.
The room was mostly clean, but the shower had a touch of mold, and the hair dryer looked like it had seen better days. The bed lamp went dim on day two, and a kettle would have been nice since the hallway didn’t have a coffee machine.

Would be happy to recommend for a short layover
Clean room, functional amenities, and a great location within a 5-minute walk from the Underground and a decent breakfast made my stay enjoyable, allowing me to easily explore the surrounding areas and enjoy the convenience of good transport options.
The automated check-in process can be confusing and may require patience during late hours.

avoid weird check-in process and request clean rooms for peace of mind
I truly appreciated the modern, well-furnished room that was comfortable and lovely. The automated check-in process gave me the freedom to avoid interaction with staff, which I preferred.
